Company Policy

Special Orders / Phone Orders / Orders Above 200 Square Feet

Orders containing merchandise not held in regular stock, including special orders, phone orders, or any order above 200 square feet, are placed at the specific request of the customer.

As such, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances once the order has been confirmed and placed with the manufacturer or after 72 hours from the time the order is placed.
