1. Returns

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from our shop. Our return policy is designed to make returns simple and straightforward.

2. Eligibility

Merchandise is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery in the unlikely event of it being damaged, defective, or if a different item was delivered.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within the specified return period. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and credit you the full amount, minus the original shipping cost and a warehouse restocking fee.

4. Special Orders / Phone Orders / Orders Above 200 Square Feet

Special orders, phone orders, and any order above 200 square feet involve merchandise not held in regular stock and are specifically ordered at the customer's request. These orders cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances once the order has been confirmed and placed with the manufacturer or after 72 hours from the order placement.

5. Sample Purchases

Sample purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Buyer's Remorse

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't meet your expectations. For cases of buyer's remorse, you may return the item within 7 days of purchase. However, in such cases, a restocking fee of 10% may apply, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
